This riverside memorial for attorney and Congresswoman Tillie Fowler was inspired by a moving eulogy comparing her to a mighty oak tree. The foliage is composed of 3 matrix orbs representing the different levels of Tillie�s spirit: her family, her community, and her country. Reflective discs embedded in the orbs represent the many individuals whose lives were touched and continue to be impacted by her. (midoceanstudio.com)
