How I Got Started In Photography

My husband and I took an amazing trip to Europe in 2008. We toured Britain, The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland and France. During our trip I took thousands of photos with my "good" digital cameras. At the time we were not traveling with a laptop. All my photos looked great on the 3" LCD screen. We had a great time, but when we got home all of my pictures were HORRIBLE! They were dark, unfocused, blown out and don't even get me started on the night photos! I decided right then and there I was going to learn how to use my camera and learn the art of photography. I've been on the journey ever since and loving every minute of it!!!

This is the ONLY good shot I got of the Eiffel Tower and someone walked right in front of it!

We were very fortunate to have some friends on the tour with us who knew how to take great photos and they were willing to share all of their photos! My next adventure to Europe will be a lot of fun with all the photography skills I have learned!
